The hallways and the unit itself were very clean, and the locker ended up being larger than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The only thing I noticed was that the area where my unit is located felt a bit warm, like maybe the A/C was down. The experience was good up until today. We received a rent increase of $80 without any notice. Checked mail receipts and email and confirmed we never received a notice. $234 was already a lot for a 10×20 unit. Now they want $314. I am at my breaking point with the price increases and inflation. After speaking with them they did agree to lower it $30 and give a small credit towards next month's rent but it will still be a $50 increase. If I were to go get the same size unit at the same place online it would be under $200. I can't justify this expense anymore.

Checked in yesterday and aside from the very sweet front desk person Diane, I literally don’t have a nice thing to say about this place. So first as I was checking in there was somebody fixing the elevator that had broken well they left.thats all fine. I went and use that elevator and then got stuck on the second floor,and had to run around and find the stairs to come down. Today I come back the elevator was fixed again, and I had the front desk person help me to open my new lock. This person failed to mention that this lock would not fit at all in the unit because it’s too long. There goes $20 down the drain. but don’t worry, I’m sure I can pay a stupid amount for their lock now that I’ve already completely wasted my money on a lock that I can no longer return. At least the elevator didn’t break down with me inside of it (AGAIN) today though. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

While it’s small enough to easily manage household clutter, seasonal decor, and boxes, it’s also great for appliances, small furniture, and odd shapes like camping gear or sports equipment. To rent a storage unit with Mini Mall Storage, you’ll need a valid form of government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or provincial ID.
We do not allow tenants to store stolen or illegal goods in our storage units. Additionally, we disallow flammable or hazardous items, combustible items or liquids, plants, perishable goods, or animals. For additional and more specific information about what you cannot store, please contact us.
Drive-up storage units allow tenants to drive up to, load, and unload their storage unit. This is especially useful for transporting large items. Drive-up storage units are tall, convenient, and located on the ground floor so that you don’t have to navigate stairs or elevators.
Absolutely! It’s important to us that your belongings are protected. Therefore, we require all tenants to hold a valid insurance policy. Get covered with your own insurance plan and provide proof of coverage with your policy number, coverage overview, start date, and expiry date. Alternatively, we offer tenants coverage through our Mini Mall Storage Protection Plan, charged on the first of each month, hassle-free with your usual bill.
