Awesome service great prices. 117 for a 10x20 pretty good deal. Don't need a car to get service with these guys. We were with 24 hour storage and they said you have to have a car to get a unit if we catch inside the gates without a car we will terminate your lease. After graduating college, I had items that I gathered during my time of living on campus at an apartment-like setting. I didn't want to sell or toss any of my items that I had because I wanted to use them in case I decided to move into an apartment. I found Universal Storage Solutions online as I was trying to find a storage solution with good reviews and quality storage units that featured climate control to protect my items. Universal Storage Solutions is an excellent place to store your items. They have small storage units to big storage units. You can easily find any information that you need on their well-organized website. The process of getting a storage unit is super easy. Staff is very friendly and will understand your needs if you need help. Their app is absolutely amazing. Once registered, you may download the app and enter your information to gain access to their features such as opening the front/back entrance with their app. All your information is also organized and provides an excellent user experience if you ever need that information. Their reoccurring payment setup is easy. You can also make payments online, within the app, or at their on-site Kiosk. NOTE: YOU MUST GIVE THEM A 5-DAY NOTICE WHEN YOU DECIDE TO MOVE OUT OF YOUR STORAGE UNIT Due to Covid-19, it was really hard to find the proper information about moving out, but I'm pretty sure it was in the contract... haha. Anyways, I personally appreciate this place because I had left a voice mail trying to tell them that I moved out of my storage unit (left it empty). They returned my call the next day and told me that I have to give a 5-day notice, but they were nice enough to let me slide. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE - DO NOT DO WHAT I DID!! They deserve to have a five day notice when you plan on moving out!! Don't be like me and not do this!! They have the right to charge you if you do not give a five day notice, so please keep this in mind!! Other than that, I have no complaints. Their storage unit kept everything that I had in good shape and gave me the time to move into my apartment.

I had to find a storage unit at least minute at night during a move. Universal Storage was there for me when I needed them. It was easy to sign up for a unit and I was able to purchase a pad lock at the same time. The unit was easy to find, easy access and very clean. I would highly recommend Universal Storage to my family and friends.

When I was looking for a larger unit after Google - ing ? Lol storage units near me, a company named Barefoot took my information, did all the work for me & within minutes I had a couple reservations to choose from .They did whatever was needed to fulfill my storage needs. Even got me a month free which is a big plus . Customer service was outstanding & I appreciate it Thank you Barefoot I give you 5 stars ? ... Universal Storage is very nice, professional staff . 24 hour accessibility Gated & Fenced .. security cameras everywhere for your protection. The facility is clean & well maintained & there's bathrooms on site. Just have to make sure that door is unlocked. Or your gate code will gain you access.. ? Stay away! The units are infested with roaches and they are still allowing new people to move their possessions in! We rented 2 units to empty our furniture into after selling our home. We became infested with roaches from another unit. Our insurance (sold to us by the storage unit) conveniently doesn’t cover infestation. We tried working with the storage unit to resolve the issue and they were incredibly hard to get ahold of, wouldn’t return phone calls till we repeatedly reached out, and would not replace the items. We are sitting in an empty home, no beds or anything waiting to see if our furniture and belongings will be useable again. Not to mention we are still paying for the storage unit full of roaches. Update to add: we received zero aid from the storage unit management and corporate team. We had to individually treat every item we pulled from our storage unit. The “pest control” company never returned our calls to get our unit treated and we were forced to rent our units for additional MONTHS while we treated the problem ourselves. Do not move in here, the issue remains December 2023.

I rented a unit with during the summer of ‘23 while I was away and in between apartments. I went to move my stuff into my new apartment, it was not long before I noticed that my unit was infested with roaches. They were not there when I put my stuff in so I assume they came from another unit. It took me over a month to be able to bring my stuff into my new place and make sure it was all under control. I reached out to the management multiple times. I left a numerous amount of voicemails and never heard a word back from them. I rented from this company a few years ago and had no problem but after this situation I don’t think I will ever put my stuff in storage again. This was a disaster! I
