This experience was quick and easy. I contacted the storage company at the last minute. I was assisted by Brittany and they didn’t have any available spots for the space I needed. She located me a storage unit closer to where I lived and at an awesome rate. She was attentive and didn’t end the call until she made sure I had everything I needed. She went out to the unit to make sure it was cleaned, and presentable. I would definitely choose this company all over again. Thank you so much!

I spoke to Britney I believe her name was and she helped me with finding the right the unit we needed and introduced herself to me and said she was going to be there working now and she is just so sweet and explains everything and was just so down to earth. She showed me a unit and my husband and myself will be there next Friday to rent a unit from her. She explained today was her first day by herself and she did amazing.

The ceiling in the middle of my unit is rusted completely through the center and HAD to be from rain damage. And my door looks like rodents have entered from both sides at the bottom rubber. I do not feel my things are safe from weather or rodents here at all. There is even a rodent trap right outside of my door which is evidence of a rodent problem. So I don’t know why my unit would even be available to rent until brought up to minimal quality standards.

0/10 the walls and doors are not sealed properly and some of my belongings were chewed through by rats. Even though my account was auto pay, every few months I’d get a notice that my account was past due and my access was blocked. The last time it happened they charged me a fee despite the fact I was not at fault. When it happened this month, it was the last time. I got a storage unit in a clean well kept lot with triple the space for less per square foot. I was pleased to see my new unit doesn’t charge an extra fee for every thing they can think of. In addition to rent, place charges an administrative fee, a payment fee, and a maintenance fee. All those little things that should be covered by the rental fee. One final note, the staff were always nice so it’s probably the way that company does business.

I own a storage unit there in April all of my belongings were in my unit i have all the receipts providing proof of payment and everything. I go there the other day and not only is my gate code not working but all of my belongings are missing. I never received notice and when I spoke to the lady over the phone she seemed very unconcerned and basically lacked any knowledge on what happened with my belongings. That had everything, and me and my husband are completely destroyed because there was stuff in there that is NOT REPLACEABLE. They said they would provide me with the insurance information and i have YET TO RECEIVE ANYTHING. Highly disappointed and would really like some clear and helpful answers.
