It’s in a residential area surrounded by two schools so it’s really safe. Last time I was at the location they were sweeping all the laneways from the winter buildup so it’s also very clean.

Service is great, representatives are very nice, but the storage unit themselves are riddled with mice. I had multiple clothes chewed through, wires on electronics damaged, and mice droppings on everything. I had to completely sanitize every item I stored in their unit. I would suggest looking into another location if you have items that are susceptible to rodents.

Misleading and frankly dishonest. The online rates are advertised as "weekly", but only monthly contracts are offered. Worse, my supposed "monthly" rent contract did not extend to the end of the month. I have not had any response to this feedback. Gaganjot and Rachel were helpful and polite. Unit was secure and clean upon move in. I would not recommend this company to a friend.

I can’t comment on the quality of the storage services at all, but I can comment on Mini Mall’s advertised web prices. Their website indicates a monthly price of $47 for outdoor storage of a vehicle up to 30’. A phone call requesting a price quote reveals the true price to be $65 the first month, rising to $103 for the third and subsequent months. Only by digging deeper on the website do you discover that the $47 is an introductory rate and even then, there are additional fees. At the very least, the prices on the main page need to be asterisked with an explanation that you will never actually pay that rate.

Over priced and OVER OverCHARGED by them with no RESOLUTION . THREATS from them to keep charging MORE PENALTY FEES and LOCK OUT of units....EVEN THOUGH billing issue was their fault 100%. Renting 2 units and are Identical unit sq ft size but they charge much higher rate for one and say it is market value. Go figure that one!!!!!!!!!! DID NOT HONOUR original agreement when acquired this facility from prior owner!!!! CANNOT BE TRUSTED at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Price they charge has DOUBLED almost in past year or so!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's Friday afternoon and after signing up and paying online for a unit, I only received the lock code but not the security code for the entry gate. Absolutely no one available to respond by email, online chat/help, or the 3 phone numbers listed for assistance. I left a voicemail at each and then after 5 pm the help line is basically dead until Monday morning. Very disappointed and very frustrated.

Disappointed with new ownership. Never actually received any notice on ownership changing or for the two price increases I've had this year alone. From February to April I made 30 calls and sent 5 emails trying to contact someone from the local office. The ottawa location never passes on anything to the almonte location. If you can avoid this storage facility. It's worth driving to another town with someone other than minimall storage
