I've been with this unit for quite a while now and the staff is amazing Majester is one of the most amazing helpful friendly make you feel like a human being gentleman I have ever came across honestly and so isn't everybody else there. I have been going through the roughest time midlife crisis and with holidays and a couple of family members passing away and losing jobs and going through a bad divorce my unit had gotten pretty far behind and they continue to keep giving me the time to be able to pay it and it got up to you almost $800 it got paid but I'm grateful that they didn't get rid of my things I truly appreciate them . And even now I lost my home again switch jobs and they're still willing to let me pay it when I get it and I and I that's all I have left and I'm grateful that I still have my stuff in my storage unit I would recommend this place to anybody..the only problem I have is it's hard to come up with 3/400 at one time it would be so much easier if I could take an envelope and stick $150 in it every couple days and until I got it paid that's the only problem I have it's just hard to come up with one huge chunk of money in the situation I'm in right now but I'm still beyond grateful to still have my stuff and I have a company that still willing to work with me I do appreciate you all at Mini Mall storage and kudos to you all ..thanks for working with me sorry I'm late more than actually I'm sorry I'm late every month but I definitely get it paid LOL thanks again

Paid for my unit today (Friday). Came back to unload my truck and the code they gave me didnt work. this was after office hours so no one answered the phones. They have an emergency number but you can only see it if you are actually inside the parking lot. Maybe it should be on the outside too. Or on the paperwork, web site. Anything. I needed to have my truck unloaded and returned tonight. Luckily we waited around long enough that someone leaving let us in. How hard is it to give me a working code? Beyond annoyed. Super inconvenient ***well it's Saturday. Their offices must be closed today too since no one has called or emailed me back. If we didn't get lucky yesterday and get let in I would have had to pay for 3 extra days with my uhaul because someone cant just write down the correct code. And getting a 26 foot truck with a trailer up that ridiculously narrow hilly road isnt easy! What a stupid place to even have a storage unit.

Drive-up storage units allow tenants to drive up to, load, and unload their storage unit. This is especially useful for transporting large items. Drive-up storage units are tall, convenient, and located on the ground floor so that you don’t have to navigate stairs or elevators.
Absolutely! It’s important to us that your belongings are protected. Therefore, we require all tenants to hold a valid insurance policy. Get covered with your own insurance plan and provide proof of coverage with your policy number, coverage overview, start date, and expiry date.
